D&I委員会
最近、私たちは新しいインクルージョン＆ダイバーシティ ワーキンググループを立ち上げました。
このグループは、ジェットスター・ジャパンのさまざまなチームメンバーを結び付け、
仲間にとってのコミュニティと帰属意識を育むために作られました。
ワーキンググループを通じて、
私たちはお祝いの場を設けるだけでなく、
仲間にとって最も重要な事柄について協議することに重点を置いています。
航空業界で活躍する女性
航空業界における女性の活躍は、これまで男性が中心だった職種において目覚ましい進展を遂げています。地上ではエンジニアリングや地上業務、空ではフライトデッキなど、さまざまな領域で女性の存在感が高まっています。最近では、国際女性デーを記念し、女性のみで構成されたパイロット、客室乗務員、エンジニア、地上スタッフのチームで福岡へのフライトを運航しました。
国際女性デー
今年、国際女性デーを記念し、ジェットスターグループはオーストラリア、ニュージーランド、シンガポール、日本のネットワークで、全員女性のクルーによるフライトを運航しました。これにより、航空業界における女性の幅広い活躍の機会を強調しました。
