Safety
The safety of our people and our passengers comes first - always. Our Safety team work diligently to ensure operational and workplace safety across all of Jetstar’s functions. You'll find the team working on setting the airline’s safety strategy and policies, ensuring safety compliance, conducting investigations and monitoring industry standard developments to enhance safety management system performance.
Security
Our Security Team focuses on maintaining a secure environment for our passengers, people and our operations. You’ll find them ensuring compliance with international and national aviation security regulations, performing risk assessments, conducting security training and ensuring we maintain superior security standards.
Quality Assurance
Our Quality Assurance Team play a critical role in maintaining high standards across our operations. You’ll find the team ensuring that we are compliant with aviation regulations, improving our processes, conducting regular quality audits and inspections and training our people on quality processes.
