Where we touch down
Jetstar Japan's first flight took off on July 3, 2012, with it's initial route between Tokyo Narita and Fukuoka. Now, along with our hub in Narita Airport, you’ll also find our teams working together at Kansai Airport and in our Corporate Headquarters in Shinagawa, Tokyo.

Where it all started - Narita
Narita has a special place in the heart of the Jetstar Japan team. In our newly refurbished offices at Narita Airport, Terminal 3, you'll find representation across all teams - from Human Resources, Commercial to Safety - all ensuring that our frontline crew have what they need to deliver an amazing and safe experience for our customers.
Of course, you'll also find our Cabin Crew, Flight Operations, Ground Operations and Engineering & Maintenance teams working together to ensure flights run smoothly and passengers takeoff on their adventure. Narita Airport is also home to our new crew training centre, Jetstar Japan Star Academy.

Experience Osaka
One of Japan’s great cities, Osaka is a destination famous for its pulsating energy, love of food and fun-filled nights. We started flying internationally from Osaka Kansai International Airport on March 2, 2015, with our first international flight to Hong Kong. This marked a major milestone for our team, expanding beyond domestic routes.
Today, you'll find our frontline crew working together at Kansai Airport.

Takeoff in Tokyo
When they’re not visiting our frontline teams, you'll find our Corporate and Support Teams such as Human Resources, Digital, Finance & Marketing collaborating in our Tokyo office – conveniently located in the heart of Shinagawa, close to trains and dining options. As needed, we'll also support our teams to work from home.
