We're hiring JCAB A320/321 Captain's
We welcome applications from motivated and professional existing JCAB License Holders in the role of A320/321 Captain. If you meet the below criteria, then we would love to meet you.
- You'll hold a valid JCAB ATPL license
- Minimum ICAO Level 5 of English language proficiency (if you hold JCAB Level 4 license, please share a copy of your ICAO License with Level 5 or higher of English language proficiency).
- Flight Time: Minimum 4,000 hours total time including 3,000 hours on Jet
- Minimum of 700 hours PIC time on Jet airline aircraft is preferable
- Having experience with aircraft, which is more than 30,000kg among Japanese operations.
- EFIS: Preferable
We're seeking A320 / A321 Captains (Non-JCAB license holder)
If you meet the below criteria, we'd love to hear from you:
・ Valid ICAO ATPL (with A320 family Type-Rated)
・ Valid ICAO class 1 aeronautical medical certificate
・ Must meet JCAB class 1 aeronautical medical standard
・ ICAO Level 5 English language proficiency
・ 4,000 hours Total Flight Time
・ 3,000 hours on Jet Aircraft Experience
・ 1,000 hours PIC Time on Jet Aircraft
・ 500 hours on the A320 family

Here’s what you can expect from your Jetstar Japan Pilot Recruitment Process.
Submit your Application
We’ll ask you to complete a Pilot Application Form and submit several documents.
First Interview
If you progress, you’ll be invited to meet us for an individual interview to assess your fit for the team.
SIM Assessment
As a next step, let’s get you in for a Simulator Assessment.
Final Interview
If all goes well, we’ll invite for a final interview so we can learn more about each other.
Medical
Next up, we’ll get you to complete a security clearance and medical examination
