Our Communications Team are the behind-the-scenes rockstars whom write the many stories you'll read about Jetstar, our customers and our people. Creativity is their middle name and they are constantly experimenting with new ways to connect, inspire and engage our people through various communication stories that bring to the life the unique stories of the people at Jetstar.
Marketing
Our Marketing Team is passionate about bringing our brand to life, and continuing to thrive in a high volume, competitive and constantly changing environment. We get the importance that data plays in developing a successful marketing strategy. We’re always looking for team members to leverage and build on our investment in digital capability and enhance our communications. We have a collaborative culture of fun and experimentation across all marketing channels.

People & Culture
Our People & Culture team are all about supporting and developing our people at every stage of their Jetstar journey. From recruiting amazing talent, delivering challenging graduate opportunities to business partnering with our leaders to ensure we are developing our people and creating an engaging culture – our People & Culture team love to take on challenges that truly impact the experience of our people.
Our People & Culture team includes roles within HR Business Partnering, Recruitment, Training & Administration.
Finance
Our Finance Team are our number crunching, talented business partners who love to collaborate with teams and keep us on track. You'll find them working the numbers to ensure that our investment business cases stack up, preparing reports, or partnering with our Commercial team to assess route profitability. And when head winds arise, the Finance Team know exactly how to rally together as 'one team'.

Our Commercial team are dedicated to working out where your next adventure could be. They work out where and when we fly and what our passengers should pay. You'll find them in the detail - analysing aircraft capacity allocation and optimising revenue management - or up high, developing our long-term network strategy.
