Launched in 2019, we're proud of our Graduate Program that will see you joining us as a Permanent member of the Jetstar Team. We offer various Graduate Program roles, including a General - Corporate Stream and Engineering & Maintenance Stream. Alternatively, fly straight into the action and join our frontline Ground Operations Team as a Customer Service Officer or Ramp Agent.

General Graduate Program

Join us as a permanent member of the Jetstar Team, kicking off with a two-year Graduate Program that includes up to four rotations across different teams and projects within our Corporate and Support function. Your journey doesn't stop there. As you approach the end of the two-year program, we'll work with you to land you an ongoing role that ensures that your career continues to soar.

Engineering & Maintenance Graduate Program

Our Engineering Graduates enjoy working across the entire Engineering & Maintenance Team. You’ll be exposed to a variety of work areas, including engineering operations, maintenance planning and fleet technical management. As an Engineering Graduate, you’ll work on projects that interact with multiple work areas and stakeholders, both within and outside of engineering. That’s why our Engineering Graduate Program gives you a unique opportunity. You’ll gain a broad understanding of engineering within the commercial aviation context and make a critical contribution to our operations.

Information Session

Around March, we'll head into the Universities to tell you about life at Jetstar and our wonderful program. Be sure to attend to learn more.

Submit Application

Be sure to submit your application, with a current resume, by the applications closing date.

Face to Face Interviews

We'll invite you to join us for 1 to 2 in person interviews - tell us about how you fit the Jetstar Culture and demonstrate our values.

Offer Incoming

By April, we'll contact you with a verbal offer - you'll join us the following year in March. Welcome to the Jetstar Team!
