Our Ground Operations Team are the heartbeat of our airline – committed to the safe and efficient operation of all airports within the Jetstar network, ensuring compliance with various policies and procedures including our customer service standards, passenger check-in, ramp operations and customs, immigration and quarantine requirements.
Based at Narita and Kansai domestic and international airports, our Ground Operations Team include our Customer Service Officers - friendly faces who greet passengers on the ground, and love creating memorable airport experiences. The team also includes our Ramp Agents who are committed to safety and making sure things run smoothly and on time.

Customer Service Officers
Our Customer Service Officers are often our passengers first point of contact at the airport. You’ll love helping our passengers as much as you love working with your team. You’ll be making sure everyone is checked in and boarded and that any curly questions or wellbeing needs are addressed quickly.

Ramp Agent
Our Ramp Agents love to work as part of a team on the ground to ensure the smooth and timely turnaround of our aircraft. You’ll guide aircraft to and from there designated gates, operate equipment like tugs and load and unload baggage and cargo. You’ll conduct safety checks and ensure that the aircraft is ready for takeoff.
As the protectors of our on-time performance, you’ll be organised, a great communicator and love to work as team. You’ll also be happy to work on a shift work roster.

Within our Ground Operations Team, you may advance to roles such as Regional Airport Manager, Customer Duty Manager, Training Manager, or even transition to a corporate and support role or a different operations role – it's your adventure.
