As a Product Owner, you will drive the vision and Trax product roadmap in partnership with our engineering departments, drive maximum operational efficiency and commercial value, Solve product-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments. Working with multiple stakeholders across Jetstar and Qantas airlines and geographic regions. You will draft key objectives and strategies and apply the data for the product to make business decisions. Your main responsibilities will include: · Driving the vision and Trax product roadmap · Develop, scope, define and prioritise backlog items · Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end experience, integration and dependencies · Work with internal and external customers to analyse the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals · Stakeholder engagement and working with key stakeholder groups across Jetstar airlines and regions You’ll have: · 3-5 years experience developing, analysing and designing software and technology products. · Experience in functional requirement gathering · Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially working as a product owner. · Scrum / Product owner certifications or similar highly regarded · Tertiary degree in a related field. · Experience in aviation and / or travel related industry preferred but not essential · Strong product management, design and analysis understanding · Ability to work in a team environment and co-located offices · Good attention to detail and superior communication skills. · Proven interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills · Strong drive, initiative, ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines. · Excellent team leading, motivational and mentoring skills · Excellent project management skills and a strong technical aptitude · Sound knowledge of interactive technologies and market trends. · Good understanding of Information Architecture and usability of the user experience. · Strong understanding of software development and digital solution design processes · Ability to contribute to strategic discussions · Proven ability to analyse and structure complex data and to develop meaningful reports and insights.
