Get close to the action at our offices in Narita and Kansai Airport. We'll also support you to work from home as needed.

We recognise each other
Our people love to recognise each other for living our Jetstar values and making every minute matter for our passengers via our Bravo! Recognition Program. We also celebrate Bravo! Award Winners. When you grow, we grow too. Dip your toes into something new. Stopover in another role. Move up quicker. At Jetstar, you’ve got the freedom to grow, steer and make the job yours. As part of the Jetstar Japan team, you’re onboard with the Qantas Group too, which means more opportunity to develop your knowledge in world leading safety and quality processes and access global development programs. Take your career global, across different locations, roles and airlines.

Jetstar Star Academy
As part of our commitment to investing in our people, we've launched our new Jetstar Japan Star Academy - our Crew Training Centre. Located at Narita Airport, Terminal 3, this purpose-built facility provides 5 unique learning spaces, including our specialised aircraft cabin trainer.
The first ground school cohort experienced this great new facility in January - with plenty more training opportunities to follow in 2025.
